Along the way, I realized many people are unprepared for change in their personal lives, much less their careers. That's why I wrote The 7 Keys to Change: A New Approach to Managing Change to Live Better and Work Smarter.

Change involves making decisions. And decisions have a ripple effect. That led, indirectly, to my idea for The Unlived Lives of Raymond Quinn. A novel about a man existing in a universe parallel to the one in which he died, forced to visit lives he might have lived had he made different choices.
